CLY Intellect is now making available only 12 licenses with a 7 year worldwide monopoly term to all U.S. corporations/citizens. Due to the unfeasibility of the current development of a 62,000 mile space elevator, CLY Intellect now has the technology art and physics to develop a low altitude space elevator (100 miles) within a 2 year time frame using current established materials and technologies and between a $500 million (or less) and $2 billion dollar budget (first elevator-depends on deployment). Licenses available on a first hold first purchase basis.
Frequently Asked Questions (not a contract)
1. Why do you have a license hold instead of a flat out purchase? The reason for the holds is to allow any sized company or individual to be in the financial position to secure a license position or to obtain the best license rate (if it escalates). CLY Intellect being an IP developer understands that a thorough review of a technology is key to a confident purchase. This is why upon each offering all the details of the technology and calculations which we provide in spreadsheets are made publicly available. The initial fee will be in the millions of dollars and the holds allow time for capital raising and decision making since it is a high dollar purchase. When a hold is obtained you can optionally request that your company and license hold transaction be posted here so that your investors will know that you have a legitimate hold.
2. The Space Elevator has the potential to be very lucrative, why don’t you do a financial background check on the potential licensees to make sure they will go through with the development since most of your fees are derived from operational revenue? Just because a company is financially solvent does not mean they will not shelve their license. What CLY Intellect does is reserve a set of backup licenses which are executed when pre specified revenue levels are not met which are based on market projections. The number of backup licenses do not exceed the number of limited offered licenses. Also CLY Intellect will develop one to two elevators itself to ensure capital income in which its funding is provided by its investment fund Coalesce Point Funds, www.cpointfunds.com.
3. How can we be sure that you hold patents, patent pending or trademarks on the licensed technology or are the original developers? When a license is made available certain documentation to the patent office is made available. This includes the signed Federal Declaration Statement, Express Mail number, and receipt. The declaration is a federal statement or originality. Plus with all of the cameras, gps tracking devices (cell phones), banking records, undercover people and satellites around there is no where to run. Also CLY Intellect is a verified member of Paypal (federal bank verified) which we use to facilitate the hold transactions and provide a third party time stamp on your hold claim.
4. Do you publish the patent pending documents? For the protection of the license holders we do not publish the patent pending (provisional) documents.
5. What about the space laws? Because most space laws are bureaucratic in nature formed in the 1970’s, CLY Intellect will be developing its own space laws in regards to Intellectual Property Protection. These laws will have to be attached to human, operation and use who would then form their own sovereign laws as opposed to earth bound companies and nations. This will work because planets and space are optional destinations as opposed to earth. Because outer space is no mans land, a person trying to claim an entire planet will most likely have war declared against them (which is your option) just as with the history of the earth (humans are humans whether in space or on earth). CLY Intellect has developed a fair system that eliminates many problems in regards to property claims but morality is the ultimate law. In addition to foresee current trading complexities the framework for an Interstellar Monetary System which will not be a fiat inflation based system but an Intellectual Property reserve system (tangible value) will be put in place in addition to the current earth bound monetary systems.. CLY Intellect is not concerned with the regulation of space but in receiving its due income on licensing fees and regulation of its technologies for its license holders. Currently the Space IP law will have a longer time frame instead of 20 years because of its functional value and its hedging of the Interstellar Monetary System.
6. The current offering is for earth only, what about other planets and galaxies and why only to U.S. citizens/corporations? CLY Intellect will be issuing limited licenses for all natural planetary bodies. This means that those who hold licenses to each planetary body will be able to derive income from individuals moving to and from such body via the space elevator of this technology. Because patent and corporate laws vary from nation to nation CLY Intellect will for the first 8 or (12) licenses only make them available to U.S. citizens/corporations. When this Interstellar IP Law is complete it will uniformly encompass all people. Currently all laws cease to exist past 62.5 miles above earths surface.
7. Why issue only 12 licenses? For the first 7 years 12 licenses will be issued so that the first developers of the low altitude space elevator can recoup their investment capital. At an accelerated scale it should take no more than 2 years to develop and launch the low altitude space elevator. During this time those 12 companies can raise capital and take pre-reservation orders as far in the future as they want. They will essentially have a 5 year lock on the space market. After the 7 years more licenses will be made available at the discretion of CLY Intellect and available market..
8. Does the technology work? CLY Intellect only expends intellectual energy on technologies that can be produced today with today’s materials. Working on a technology which relies on other technologies yet to be produced is counter productive to our realistic outlook. The 62,000 mile space elevator was determined after a few stress and risk failure equations to be unfeasible now or anytime in the future. Therefore energy was spent developing a low altitude space elevator which is now mathematically achieved. All information to construct and to determine the functionality of the elevator will be provided for you. It is recommended that you have someone skilled in the art of math a physics on hand to quickly verify it so that you can secure a license hold.
9. If I purchase a hold is it refundable and can I get my fee back? The fees are not refundable. They are only refunded if you make a payment and a prior payment for the last license was made before the system was updated. You can then either leave it so that it remains in queue just in case the other holders fail to make service payments or ask for a full refund.
10. Will all the fees be listed in the license? Not at this time. A full economic impact of the space elevator has not been finalized. We can say for sure that the likelihood of having a $10 a pound launch fee is zero but factoring in current launch costs, cargo reinforcement, insurance and liabilities it will be lower. The license will contain a combination of fees from a flat license fee, annual fee, per pound fee, human/animal fee, cargo fee and possibly some other fees. CLY Intellect’s goal is to maximize profitability for both itself and its licensees while at the same time allowing for a dominant entry into the market.
11. Will the space elevator and its construction costs compete with rockets and can I get some rough market numbers to see if it is market feasible? Once the first elevator is contructed the market for earth to space rockets and planes will vanish overnight except for adrenaline thrill rides. In the United States there are 9.2 million households with a net worth of over $1 million dollars. There will be a market not to just go into space but to place a high altitude restaurant/hotel say 10 miles in the air. You could have theme parks that charge based on how high you go. $ for 1 mile, $$ for 5 miles, $$$ for 10 miles, $$$$ for 50 miles, $$$$$ for 100 miles. Lets look at a simple space ride. Elevator length 120 miles Elevator speed: 50 feet per second (comparable to today’s high speed elevators) 3.5 hours x 2 = 7 hours up and down
Maximum Capacity 7 hours travel, 3 or more for observation 24 hours / 10 = 2 rides per day 60 rides per month 720 rides per year $500,000 per person flat rate (170 lb person = 3,000 per pound) 7 person average per ride (7 x 720 = 5040) $2,520,000,000 per year per elevator cab
Markets Entertainment rides Dining rides Private rides Commercial transport Space ship lifts Space Gliding - Like the space shuttle a glider can be dropped and glide back to earth.
12. Can we purchase all rights to this technology or how can I invest? Because of the value of this technology and due to inflation and a fiat based monetary system it would be an unwise decision to sell this technology and because of our current funding and complexities partnerships are not entered into. However you can capitalize this technology by purchasing holds and then reselling them at a profit or partnership deal with a third party. Selling licenses are only valid through this site and its methods for buyer/seller protection purposes. Only one license purchase per person-corporation. You can invest in this technology at www.cpointfunds.com
